Home in Place will be delivering 28 affordable rental homes in 2025 in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and Watchman Capital under the Affordable Housing Fund.
This Affordable Housing project delivers 28 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes to moderate income earners in key employment roles (such as nursing and education) to the people of Rotorua.
Rents will be set at 80% of market rent, making them more affordable to key workers.
The modern amenities and generous layout make these affordable rental homes family friendly, too!
These dwellings will be the first properties purchased by Home in Place New Zealand.
