In partnership with Te Ākitai Waiohua and Avant Group, Home in Place New Zealand is delivering two and three bedroom townhomes as part of the Wirihana development in South Auckland.
These homes will be offered as affordable rentals, providing quality housing at below market rent.
The homes form part of a wider 450 lot, mixed tenure community designed to support connection, accessibility and long term liveability. The development will also feature a neighbourhood café, daycare centre and a planned 3,000m² park with native landscaping.
Eleven of the homes are capital stock, marking Home in Place New Zealand’s first owned properties in the country.
Residents have begun moving into their new homes, with more expected to be settled by May 2026.
