In partnership with Te Ākitai Waiohua and Avant Group, Home in Place New Zealand has delivered 34 dwellings, made up of two, three and four-bedroom town homes that form part of a larger 450 lot, mixed tenure development in South Auckland.

A 3,000m2 + park planned featuring native landscaping has been planned for the development which also includes a neighbourhood café and daycare centre

A further 56 public housing dwellings will be delivered in the second stage of this development.
